Returns Policy:

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and in original manufacturers packaging with all tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Style Addiction does not refund handling and shipping cost but we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

• If returning shoes please DO NOT put tape or any packaging on the actual shoe box or return will not be authorized.

• Swimwear
• Underwear/Lingerie
• Sale items

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, please repurchase the item(s) you want and send your initial purchase back via a traceable method. Once we receive your initial item(s) back we will issue you a refund for that item(s) minus the cost of shipping. This is in order for us to control inventory and to process exchanges smoothly.

Returns:

If you need to return an item(s), simply Sign In to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once you go into this option please choose one of the following, refund or store credit. Then please choose a reason and state the issue in the provided area. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the return.

If you registered as a guest and need to return, please send your package back with your original packing slip and a note with your request. If you don't have your original packing slip make sure to put a note inside with your name, order number and request.

Style Addiction is not responsible for any lost packages sent by a non-traceable method.

If you are a requesting a refund you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
